Carrier Issues: If carrier (ex. UPS, USPS) has confirmed delivery of an item, Pydana Collection, LLC and/or its affiliates cannot be held responsible for damages, theft or otherwise. Pydana Collection will do all within its power to assist or help rectify the situation but cannot at anytime be held responsible.
